Summary Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator, Affinity & Business will support & execute marketing initiatives focused on affinity marketing programs, community relations & marketing efforts to grow business customers. Plays an integral role in working with communities, developers, builders and others in establishing a direct connection to Tachus and opportunity for driving growth.  Will also assist in the development of strategy, management of vendors, and be able to track ROI & budgeted expenses.  The role will support and cross-train in all facets of the marketing department.  This is a highly-collaborative position within a growing team environment.

Direct Responsibilities

  • Supports the Sr. Marketing Manager & marketing team overall in developing & executing affinity marketing programs (Realtors, office locations, MDU/HOA/POA locations, via events and will work with external sales teams on tactics that drive the acquisition of new customers.  
  • Support and develop marketing programs, tactics and other efforts to drive new business service customers.
  • Supports efforts to enhance and grow customer referral programs.
  • Builds relationships with developers, builders, COA/HOA/POA leaders and landlords to help drive market growth.
  • Will be responsible for all B2B items (collateral, premiums, gift cards, etc.) in coordination with team.
  • May set up, host and present company, products and services at community, property or business events.
  • Will help set up, participate and interact with potential and existing customers at events.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools, Salesforce CRM and data analysis to improve acquisition
  • Assists in analysis of data to report on campaign performance and develop recommendations for improvement
  • Support and responsibly manage expense budget and corresponding forecast by channel and market
  • Support the growth and help manage marketing partnerships for internal and external vendors.
  • Support efforts to monitor and detail competitor trends to maximize activity and product performance.
  • Optimize efforts based on data-driven metrics and ever-developing tech and trends
  • Other duties as may be assigned.

Skills And Experience

  • BA/BS degree preferred; Experience may be considered equivalent in lieu of degree 
  • 2+years experience in driving high growth initiatives in Business to Consumer (B2C) and/or Business to Business environments (B2B)
  • Flexible schedule is necessary to be able to coordinate and work marketing events outside normal hours/days
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools – direct mail, print media, email, google, social media, etc. to coordinate with internal teams.
  • Experience promoting programs through various marketing channels
  • Make decisions to drive action and influence team members and peers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter - analytical, detail-oriented and project management skills.
  • Expert computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) and Salesforce CRM & Hubspot
  • Strong interpersonal and team-relational skills
  • Telecommunications; technology background a plus!
  • Thrives in cross-functional, team-based environment
  • Must be able to assume a high level of individual responsibility
  • Physical activities include, but are not limited to: climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking and lifting up to 30 pounds
